A campaign combines a contact list, an email template and a mailbox, sent at an hourly rate you set. Campaigns are created as drafts and send nothing until started. They can be paused and resumed.
Each mailbox holds its own uploaded documents, question-and-answer pairs and data points. Sales agent replies are generated from this content.
The sales agent replies once per thread. A daily cap per sender and an hourly cap per mailbox both apply. Bounces, out-of-office messages and no-reply addresses are skipped.
Mail is sent through your own SMTP server rather than a shared relay. Sending reputation stays attached to your domain.
Opens and clicks are recorded per campaign. Every campaign email carries a one-click unsubscribe, and unsubscribed addresses are added to a suppression list applied to later sends and to queued mail.

The extension runs as a Chrome side panel next to the page you have open. It extracts contact details from that page, drafts email, sends individual emails, and files contacts into lists.
It signs in with the same account as the web dashboard. Contacts, lists, templates and mailboxes are shared between the two.
Each mailbox stores its own documents, question-and-answer pairs and data points, plus its own sender name and reply instructions. Content from one mailbox is not used to generate replies for another.

The forum has no public, read-only view. Threads are visible only after signing in.
Every account receives a referral link. Referrals earn 33% of every payment a referred account makes, for as long as that account keeps paying. Commission applies to renewals, not only the first payment.
At 33%, three annual referrals cover the cost of your own subscription. Commissions are held for 30 days to cover refunds and chargebacks, and can be withdrawn once the balance reaches $50. Clicks, signups and conversions are shown on the referrals page.

It watches the mailboxes you switch it on for, and when a genuine reply arrives it writes an answer from that mailbox's knowledge base and sends it from your address. It replies once per thread, respects a daily cap per sender and an hourly cap per mailbox, and ignores bounces, out-of-offices and no-reply addresses. Every response is logged with the material it drew on, so you can read back exactly what went out.

You pay the provider directly at their rates; a busy agent on a small model costs a few dollars a month.
